At Root to Crown Wellness, we are a small client centered practice. To continue offering high quality, personalized care, we will not be accepting insurance starting January 1, 2026. All services are Private Pay. You may request a Super Bill that you can obtain for possible insurance reimbursement. You may also discuss payment plans for your services if needed.To Ensure there are no interruptions in your care and to maintain smooth operations as a small business: Payment is required before your service is provided. Your card on file will be charged in advance to secure your appointment or service. Sessions may not proceed if payment has not been completed. This policy allows us to honor our time, maintain sustainability as a small practice, and show up for you fully for every client-including YOU.
